SalaryWillis Manufacturing is a custom metal fabrication shop with in house powder coating. We provide services to manufacturers and construction companies primarily across Ontario and Quebec.
We have an immediate need for a Shipping & Receiving coordinator whom is capable of taking on tasks on the fly, as well as managing the following:
- Arranging LTL & FTL shipments with trusted carriers
- Managing documentation such as BOL, pack lists, etc.
- Must be proficient with computer software such as MS Office.
- Procuring supplies such as packaging materials, other shop consumables as requested, through trusted vendors and issuing purchase orders using our ERP system.
- Manage delivery dates and inform managers of back orders, received orders, damaged shipments, or other.
- Must have valid G license. Perform local deliveries using company vehicles.
- Must abide by client COVID-19 requirements when on deliveries.
- Forklift trained an asset.
Work shift runs from 7:30am-4:30pm M-F.
Safety boots required. Other PPE provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
