Social Media Coordinator

Fayez Spa is seeking an experienced and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team. Voted 2024 Consumer Choice Day Spa in the greater London region for 12 years running, Fayez Spa is a 10,000 sq.ft. wellness retreat that maintains the highest customer service standards and offers an extensive menu of aesthetic spa services, registered massage, body treatments, hair services and more.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you’ll support the implementation of company marketing strategies designed to boost brand visibility and engagement. You’ll work within a team to develop digital content, manage Social Media platforms, and ensure company brand messages are consistent across all channels.

• Execute a results-driven Social Media strategy
• Develop and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content
• Maintain unified brand voice across different Social Media channels
• Monitor Social Media channels for industry trends
• Interact with users and respond to Social Media messages, inquiries, and comments

• Passion for Social Media and proficiency with major Social Media platforms and Social Media management tools
• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools
• Ability to understand current, and future trends in the digital content and Social Media space
• Top-notch oral and written communication skills
• Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented approach with ability to meet deadlines

• 1-3 years experience with B2C Social Media marketing or content development
• Direct experience using Social Media management tools
• Experience with digital media editing tools
