Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Our beauty marketing agency is currently seeking a Social Media Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Social Media presence, managing client projects, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our clients' businesses.
• Create and curate engaging content for Instagram & Facebook
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform Social Media strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing client inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses.
• Oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
• Experience with the Instagram, Facebook, & Tik Tok platform including content creation, posting, and engagement strategies.
• Experience with writing compelling copy for Instagram captions that resonate with the target audience and align with brand voice and messaging.
• Experience in handling client projects, inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of current Social Media trends and best practices.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a desire to stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
