Position Overview:

Are you a Social Media enthusiast with a creative spark and a flair for influencer partnerships? Do you aspire to be part of a beauty and fashion brand that's changing the game? If so, Nutnut Group is the place for you. We're searching for a Social Media Marketing professional to expand our online presence, engage influencers, and establish a robust network of campus ambassadors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Influencer Outreach: Research, identify, and engage influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Cultivate relationships, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate captivating content collaborations.

• Content Creation: Collaborate in crafting engaging Social Media content, encompassing graphics, videos, and captivating captions. Work closely with influencers to co-create content that resonates with our audience.

• Influencer Campaigns: Devise and execute influencer marketing campaigns, diligently tracking their performance and providing insightful recommendations for optimization.

• Campus Ambassador Program: Develop and oversee a dynamic campus ambassador program to elevate brand awareness on college campuses. Recruit and mentor ambassadors, orchestrate on-campus events, and foster a vibrant community of brand advocates.

• Social Media Management: Play a vital role in managing and nurturing our Social Media accounts, including post scheduling, engagement monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.

• Analytics and Reporting: Keep a watchful eye on Social Media analytics and campaign performance. Regularly compile comprehensive reports to track progress and furnish data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or currently enrolled in a relevant program.
• Passion for beauty and Social Media Marketing.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms and influencer marketing.
• Innovative thinking and a willingness to push boundaries.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager for growth.

Salary: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
