What is the opportunity?
Assess and analyze business and system needs, exploring alternative options or recommend technology solutions and designs including component reusability, data sharing and security and providing consulting services to senior management. Prepare high level and detailed technical specifications, and work collaboratively to determine the best mix of development, interfacing applications and third party vendor solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
What will you do?
As a member of the Messaging Development team, you will:
- Assist the team in the delivery of projects, completion of risk related activities and assistance to the Messaging support team.
- Lead detailed design phases for projects/ programs identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues.
- Prepare high level and detailed technical specifications for projects in accordance with PLC, security and architecture documentation objectives
- Develop criteria for and participates in the evaluation of 3rd party vendors and software as well as due diligence exercises
- Develop codes, document, and executes unit test, system, integration and acceptance testing using different languages and testing tools.
- Perform data/disaster recovery for entire system in different situations
- Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5+years work experience on supporting Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange Servers/Office 365/Exchange Hybrid, Exchange API, such as EWS, Graph, IMAP.
- 5+ years work experience on Information Technology projects supporting an enterprise-wide environment
- Knowledge and work experience about software development/scripting, such as Windows and Exchange PowerShell, or other scripting language.
- Be a quicker learner and adaptive to quickly changing environment.
- Knowledge and work experience about Cisco IronPort and Cisco Cloud Email Service, or other similar SMTP gateway product.

- Agile mindset
- Knowledge and work experience about Enterprise Change Management process.
- Good communication skills with client, peers and senior management.
- Comfortable in high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
