Field Events Specialist Intern:
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Field Marketing Events Director to identify areas within the team that can be centralized and streamlined for improved efficiency
- Create and manage campaigns for field events
- Develop reports and dashboards for field event programs
- Work closely with agency partners to centralize and streamline creative projects
- Manage Splash campaigns/pages for events, including list pulls, design, and email deployment
- Provide on-site event support
Field Marketing Specialist Intern:
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing and implementing field marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute webinars and digital events
- Analyze pipeline and marketing data to identify new target audiences and recommend initiatives
- Support administrative tasks for field marketing initiatives including weekly Sales communications, third-party associations, and marketing programs in partnership with our agency partners (swag, print, design)
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and report findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field marketing efforts with business objectives
Content & Communications Specialist Intern:
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
- Create engaging content for various platforms including blog posts, social media, and email campaigns
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with company goals
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement Monitor and report on content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Junior (Rising Senior) pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Prior experience in marketing, event management, or communications
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research is a plus
