Summer Student Position - Reception/Office Administration

DionCo Sales and Service LTD. is a small business specializing in sales to municipalities.

We provide cutting edges, culvert, rotary cutters, bucket teeth, pressure washers, skid steer/loader attachments, etc.

Due to the size of our business all employees are required to be able to fill many roles and perform many duties.

Currently we are looking for someone who will be able to assist with daily office duties, such as:

- Answering phones, transferring calls

- Assisting customers

- Keeping inventory of office and shop supplies, re-ordering when needed

- Some bookkeeping duties, as needed

- Receving of parts in inventory system

- Various other shop duties

Job Type: Seasonal

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
