Systems Administrator

The location in Mississauga Ontario, is seeking talent to fill the position of System Administrator. This job is full-time permanent. You must live in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

Wingman Solutions is looking for System Administrator for a growing environment. The incumbent will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting various Microsoft, Google and Apple systems. The candidate needs to have good knowledge of M365, and Azure in Hybrid and on-premise environment products. The candidate will also have experience with administrating Google Workspace as well as good working knowledge with Apple.

Having worked at a previous MSP is a plus.

Your Challenges

In charge of the resolution of any intervention assigned to them resulting from an incident, a request or a scheduled change

• Participate for the implementation of technical projects
• Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure cloud security
• Provide timely response to users issues and escalation and level 3 support
• Resolving incidents impacting Microsoft Infrastructure and M365 environment
• Resolving incidents impacting Google Workspace
• Resolving incidents impacting Apple MDM
• Mosyle, Apple Business Manager
• RMM, PSA
• Investigating & troubleshooting root causes via problem management
• Create scripts as required
• Setup and Deploy Intune CAP, AzureAD, Google Workspace, MDM
• Manage enterprise directory services and supporting Microsoft infrastructure
• Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments
• Recommend and execute modifications to Cloud environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance
• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation

Your Qualifications

• Proficiency in different Cloud environments (Azure)
• A minimum of two years of related experience managing users in Microsoft 365, Exchange and SharePoint (online & on-premises) and Active Directory
• A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring M365 solutions
• A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring Apple
• A minimum of two years of experience in troubleshooting and configuring Google Workspace
• 5+ years of technical experience with Server infrastructure
• Minimum College Degree (Bachelor’s degree and asset)
• Knowledge of scripting code using PowerShell and common scripting tools

• Good Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of ITIL, HaloPSA, RMM
• Good Knowledge of M365 – Azure - Google Workspace
• Good Knowledge of MDM, Mosyle
• Apple Business Manager

Salary: $22.50-$26.00 per hour
