Responsibilities:
System Administrator (50%)
As a System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Mobility Service Technician (50%)
As a Mobility Service Technician, you will develop an understanding of standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and/or decommissioning equipment for all mobility devices, including iPad/Tablet/Scanner/Label Printer/PDA/WiFi bridge/Thinclient.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
A university degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ITIL certification an asset.
2+ years System Administration and support experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V etc.) and Server OS (MS Windows, Red Hat Linux)
2+ years hands-on technical experience in troubleshooting mobility devices, including iPad/Tablet/Scanner/Label Printer/PDA/WiFi bridge/Thinclient.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in Service Now from initiation to closure.
Strong technical documentation, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Knowledge and awareness of regulatory standards requirements from FDA and Health Canada in particular GXP, 21 CFR Part 11, Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures, Data Integrity Requirements and ALCOA applied to ITS Systems would be an asset.
