about this team
The Operations Accounting team plays a pivotal role in providing accurate and timely financial and management information to all necessary stakeholders. An integral part of the Operations Accounting group, you work with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy in the Operations Accounting and compliance with internal controls. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about many operations within lululemon that impact our team by often working in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects.
a day in the life: what you'll do
• You will be leading and developing two direct reports.
• You will be providing oversight on bank reconciliations across our entities in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
• You will be providing oversight over all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) performed by the Operations Accounting team.
• You will be responsible for the accounting of all gift card activity related for our US and Canadian entities, including reconciliation of physical & e-gift card and recording gift card breakage revenue.
• You will be responsible for Third-Party gift card reconciliations globally.
• You will support with escheatment filing on unclaimed property for our US entity.
• You will work on ad hoc continuous improvement projects within the Operations Accounting scope.
• You will support with ad hoc requests as they come up to support the team and the business.
qualifications
• You are a person with a minimum of 5 year's work experience and a professional accounting designation (CPA)
• Retail industry experience is an asset.
• Experience with Oracle EBS is a plus.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
• Strong financial background and knowledge of Excel is required.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiples task in a time sensitive manner.

Workplace Arrangement
This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:
In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
Additional NotesAuthorisation to work in Canada is required for this role.
Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$82,400 - $108,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
