The role of our Technical Training Coordinator is essential to ensuring that our Product Marketing team is enabled to meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role will assist in implementing our training delivery strategy by leveraging data and feedback that drives decision making for our training offerings. This includes the opportunity to evaluate and deliver training, track our progress against training goals and delivering excellent internal and external customer service to all that are engaged in the training process.

Your responsibilities
- Assist in managing the managing the training delivery process including aligning the appropriate courses, products, and materials to the target audience.
- Assist in curating, identifying, and evaluating appropriate training courses for customers.
- Prepare training materials and equipment needed for new product trainings.
- Leverage data and feedback to determine pricing for standard and customized courses.
- Ensure internal compliance with all relevant internal resources for all documents needed for invoicing and budgeting.
- Coordinate Continuing Education Credits (CEU) program, including instructor certifications and credit tracking.
- Maintain all industry standard or required certifications i.e. Ocal Installation Certified Contractor.
- Execute online distributor training program, including content development, maintenance and tracking.
- Ensure excellent customer service and secure high level of customer satisfaction through enrollment, scheduling, and training processes.
- Ensure that all materials including products, tools, peripherals, and documentation needed for training courses are in place for training and tracked for future use.
Your background
- Associate’s degree in business, human resources, marketing, engineering, or related fields required.
- 5+ years of experience in executing and delivering product specific sales/marketing/product management training relevant industry.
- Candidate must possess a strong track record in the training space including needs assessment, training delivery (virtual and in-person), implementation of training KPIs, measurements of training success and knowledge retention.
- Strong data analysis, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation, written and interpersonal skills are required. PowerPoint proficiency a plus!
- Professional certification in training is highly preferred.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-oriented professional with strong common sense and strong business acumen.
- Have a passion for results. Drive high standards and tenacity when working to meet or exceed challenging goals; deriving satisfaction from goal achievement to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a global, complex, matrixed structure
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. workload.
