QRC is looking for a well-organized individual that will work with our Warehouse team to provide administrative help to support incoming shipments and co-ordinate merchandise being shipped. The goal of the position is to drive efficient warehouse operations to improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention and increase profitability.

Position Overview
QRC Logistics is seeking a logistics professional to add to our existing team. If you have experience in the distribution industry, have strong customer service skills, are energetic and take pride in providing great customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Duties:
- Answer all incoming calls to Operations Division and respond to customer inquires
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- Fulfill and prepare orders ready for shipment listed in our Warehouse Management Software
- Prepare required documentation such as pick list, packing slip, bill of lading to fulfill orders
- Coordinate internal and external shipments between customers and the warehouse
- Resolve and report any deficiencies to the customer with regards to shortage, overage and damage
- Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
- Design and perform inventories process and analysis of data in order to improve the profit of the company
Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities):
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an admin or customer service role in a distribution/ 3PL environment
- Effective communicator, calm and supportive in stressful situations
- Great Customer Service skills
- Superior planning and organizational skills; able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Adept at problem solving and implementing effective solutions
- Flexible and creative in overcoming new challenges on a regular basis
- Knowledge of RF Pathways or 3PL WMS systems considered an asset

Education:
Minimum High School Diploma. Post-Secondary Education in Logistics & Supply Chain considered an asset
