Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
- Build and assemble product orders for shipment
- Operate heavy equipment such as clamp trucks and cranes
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and locate products
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and products
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as clamp trucks and cranes
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Ability to safely load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and manual labor
- Experience in shipping and receiving procedures
- Skilled in order picking and packing processes
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
