WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Greet truck drivers courteously and efficiently, directing them to the proper door for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Collaborate closely with the 2nd shift supervisor to establish priorities and ensure smooth operations.
• Efficiently assign orders to be picked to Pickers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain meticulous outbound documentation, filing documents promptly while ensuring adherence to management practices.
• Conduct daily reviews and corrections of pick-locations to optimize efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
• Proactively resolve inventory discrepancies and issues, maintaining accurate records and ensuring inventory integrity.
• Ensure strict compliance with HACCP rules and regulations to guarantee food safety standards.
• Keep key customer websites updated with order status information and liaise effectively with Regal Customer Service to address any inquiries or concerns.
• Manage inbound appointments, maintain daily appointment schedules, and assign inbound trailers to dock doors to facilitate smooth operations.
• Take responsibility for ordering warehouse supplies, including arranging pickup and delivery of pallets and recyclables, ensuring adequate stock levels for uninterrupted operations.
• Perform any other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to contribute to team success.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or equivalent with strong mathematical and clerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Familiarity with DSI/JDE would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and manage tight timelines with professionalism, coupled with outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and a passion for teamwork.
• Physical capability to lift up to 23 kgs (50 lbs) would be advantageous.

Permanent daytime position Monday to Friday 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
