Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist/Clerk

Job Description: Account reconciliation, Collecting payments in a timely manner, Financial reporting, Documenting transactions & Verify discrepancies.

***Responsibilities***

• Manage and streamline the process of collecting payments from clients in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable aging
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, for effective decision-making.
• Generate and document financial transactions systematically to maintain transparent and accountable records.
• Investigate and verify discrepancies in financial data, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries

***Qualifications/Requirements***

• 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience(Canadian Accounting standards) is must
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
