Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Clerk who is organized and eager to learn. This is the perfect role for someone looking to build their career in accounting or collections while working with a great team!

The Wilson’s Group of Companies is a locally owned and operated ground transportation and tour company serving Victoria, Vancouver Island and Vancouver. In operation since 1962, we are a trusted provider known for our exceptional service, transporting groups large and small from one destination to another – safely and on time.

The Accounts Receivable Clerk will focus on activities related to invoicing and collecting payments. This includes following up on past due accounts, processing payments and supporting related administrative functions.

What we are looking for:

• 2 year administrative experience.
• Previous Accounts Receivable or collections experience an asset.
• Education in accounting or related field an asset.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders clearly regarding payment deadlines over the phone and via email.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain an organized work environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communications skills.
