Accounts Receivable/Inventory Clerk

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable/Inventory Clerk to join our growing team. The clerk will be mainly responsible for accounts receivable and inventory data entry. We're looking for energetic and organized individuals who can maintain a high level of customer service and be a real asset to our team.

Duties:

• Monitor AR aging and perform collections procedures
• Customer account reconciliations
• Reconcile disputed items
• Process customer credit notes when required
• Correspond with customers regarding discrepancies with payments and disputed items when required
• Process payment receipts daily
• Review and enter Bill of Materials inventory
• Maintain production Reports
• Enter inventory adjustments and perform reconciliations
• Filing
• Assisting with invoicing
• Other duties as required
• Assisting other departments as required

Required:

• Microsoft Office Suite, with very good Excel skills
• Good communication both written and verbal
• Post secondary education preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
