We are recruiting for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at KAG Canada in Yellowknife.
This position for RTL Construction will assist the Project Management Team with a variety of duties.
Responsibilities:
- Project tracking and data entry, via excel. Salus.
- Logistics and travel support, for camp crew arrangements
- Work directly with field personnel/leadership to offer necessary document support.
- Undertake other duties as assigned; flexibility and willingness to try new things is key for success in this position.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role providing administrative support to a team of professionals
- Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills to foster teamwork.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills with a sense of urgency to provide a timely response
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks for different leaders
