We are seeking a positive and highly motivated scheduling coordinator/ administrative assistance to join a brand-new orthodontic start-up in West Bedford! This is a unique role that will require an extra special person to be focused on the everyday business processes of the practice. This is a key role as you will be patients' first point of contact, welcoming them to Daybreak!

Your responsibilities:
- All administrative responsibilities including answering the phones, scheduling patients and greeting patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Ensure exceptional patient care, taking care to promptly resolve patient concerns
- Make confirmation and care calls
- Take care of patient payments, insurance and predeterminations, as required
- Prepare, send, and collect information packages for new patients
- Updates patient information
- Orders office supplies
- Keep the Treatment Coordinator (TC) column booked with the assistance of the TC
- Balance and reconcile end-of-day report
Your qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a dental/Orthodontic practice or health care administrative role preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
- Bookkeeping experience an asset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships
- Detail-oriented and able to work both strategically and tactically
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; proficiency with dental software systems an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
