Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the beverage operations.
- Ensure high-quality beverage service to guests
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Manage and train staff in service and safety procedures
- Create and maintain menus that meet customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Excellent interviewing skills in selecting qualified candidates for open positions
- Familiarity with bar service regulations and compliance standards
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred
- Proven ability to supervise staff and ensure high-quality service delivery
