Food And Beverage Manager

```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the Food and Beverage department
- Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and food handling procedures
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proven experience in supervising and managing a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff members
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and restaurant management principles
