Dragonfly Golf Links, a scenic golf course nestled in the Ottawa Valley, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. Job Title:Food and Beverage Manager

Term: Seasonal, Full-Time

Location: Renfrew, Ontario

Compensation: Hourly, $24.00 - $28.00

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality.
• Develop and execute innovative and appealing menus that align with customer preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal variations.
• Supervise and lead a team of kitchen and bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
• Order and control inventory, manage costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability without compromising on quality.
• Schedule staff to meet the operational needs of the business.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler Certification
• Experience in a managerial role within the Food and Beverage industry, preferably in a similar setting such as a golf club, resort, or hospitality establishment.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and suppliers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
