Bookkeeper/Office Manager

We are a small business that is growing quickly. We are looking for an experienced certified bookkeeper to help us in our home office. The wage would be discussed in detail once the telephone interview takes place. The wage is based on experience.

We are located in Sandy Hill, Ottawa.

Requirements:

- Trustworthy, Respectful, Willingness to work and who takes directions well.

- Experienced using Sage 50 Accounting Canadian 2022 software.

- Great communicator in English spoken and written (invoices and cheques will be required to be created with little to no guidance).

-Bookkeeping requirements are: Monthly government payments and remittances, WSIB, Payroll, Client Correspondence, Daily Banking and reconciliation, Receivables & Payables, financials, correspondence with Accountant

-Health and Safety Talks

-Editing and sending out proposals, Sheduling meetings with clients, subcontractors

-Permit submissions

-Experience within the construction industry is an asset

-Hybrid work may be an option depending on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
