```Job Summary```
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team 2-3 days a week. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in the Home Building or Construction business would be an asset but not necessary.
```Duties```
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on payments
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Utilize accounting software (Sage) to maintain financial records
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure repairs are made when necessary
```Experience```
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (We use Sage)
- Experience with account reconciliation, accounts receivable, budgeting, payroll processing, and account analysis
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
