Duties
- Process Accounts Payable transactions - Handle all bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Perform account analysis, reconciliation, and bank reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software (Sage) to manage financial records
- Payroll
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed - Oversee and manage office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness - Some work on website and handle IT issues as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in using accounting software (such as Sage or QuickBooks)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of professionalism and integrity, friendly and positive attitude.
