Building Superintendent – Thunder Bay, Ontario
We seek a Residential Building Superintendent to work in a 59-unit multi-residential apartment complex and a 48-unit townhome complex. The successful candidate should be a team player who works well with colleagues, is enthusiastic, detail-oriented and can carry out given tasks to ensure the job is done well and is a self-starter.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness of public areas & corridors
- Prepare apartments for new residents;
- Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance in plumbing & electrical;
- Other grounds maintenance; Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly;
- Maintain positive relations with tenants;
- Show vacant apartments to prospective residents;
- Ensure resident safety and security always;
- Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies;
- Maintain fire safety logs and winter logs;
- Follow an ‘on-call schedule;
- Other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
