Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative at Buzz Boss. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales and lead generation, communicating with potential customers, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining customer relationships. Buzz Boss is growing at an exponential rate, so opportunity for advancement within the company is not only possible, it is expected for the right person.
Qualifications
- Experience in inside sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to execute sales strategies
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Experience in the pest control industry is a plus
- Ability to multi-task using many cloud-based systems
- Familiarity with Apple products is a benefit
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales opportunities through phone, email and SMS (text) messaging
- Perform outgoing customer service and sales campaigns as planned
- Follow-up with subscribers to ensure satisfaction
- Assist the team in increasing business revenues
- Make sure all account information is accurate and consistent
- Provide general administrative support to co-workers and management
- Join the team for a few home shows per year
- Please note that this position requires a large amount of phone calls each day - so make sure you are comfortable with that before applying
