Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Scan and bag items, and process payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Promote and sell additional products or services to customers.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in cash handling and cashiering preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
