Clinic Receptionist / Administrator

AM EYES is presently hiring a part-time Clinic Staff.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving calls and making calls to patients, hospitals, and external healthcare partners.
• Inventory management and supply management.
• Document management of paper and digital documents.
• Coordinating referrals from physicians and optometrists, and respond to referrals.
• Calling software vendors and Ministry of Health to resolve issues that arises.

Requirements:

• Clinic experience ideally in an ophthalmology or optometry clinic.
• Fluent in English. Multiple languages preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
