What will your typical day look like?
Please note Canadian Security Clearance Level B is required for this role.
We are looking for an individual that would be dedicated to the support of large and complex agreements that we have in place. The role is focused on contract management support in order to manage the delivery risk so that the contractual terms agreed to are managed properly and we are delivering in such a way that we do not find ourselves in breach of our contractual obligations. The agreements are highly complex and would require a solid background in handling corporate and commercial terms and condition and being able to understand the risk of complex terms to help manage them.
About the team
The role will be supporting our Operate business within Deloitte and sits within the Service Excellence team that is charged with managing the quality and risk of the service line. We currently have a team of 28 people and expanding.

You are someone who is/has:
- Proficient in handling legal terms and conditions and managing complex risk considerations
- Ability to manage a highly complex contractual agreement in order to effectively mitigate risk associated with the contractual terms and manage delivery risk
- Confident in communicating and articulating positions on contracts and driving forward with reasonable positions to help manage the risk
- Able to build strong relationships and confidence within internal and external parties
- Ability to multitask and managing conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to business needs as it evolves
