Parts Customer Service Representative
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat and in person.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Perform Invoicing, credit and charge accounting on TAMS system.
- Pull and fill orders from Stock, and outsource if necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficient in computer systems.
- Strong knowledge of Automotive operating systems and repairs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours, lift up to 50lbs and thrive in a fast paced environment

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Automotive repair: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
