We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computer system. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into our computer system using various software programs
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Retrieve and review data from various sources for completeness and accuracy
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Accurate and efficient Data Entry skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems and databases
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
