- Maintain patient records and update information in the dental office software (Open dental)
- Coordinate with dental hygienists and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow
- Handle patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology related to dental procedures
- Experience working at the front desk of a medical or dental office
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Knowledge of dental office procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using dental office software such as Open dental
