We are seeking a highly motivatedDirector of Marketing for a full-time position at our Hamilton office. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, and working along side a Director of Sales, the Director of Marketing will play a pivotal role in engaging, training and growing our customer and client portfolios. They will support all of the Company's marketing needs and will own assets like our website, all social, sales tool creation, lead gen activities and more. They will obsess over the customer/client journey and will drive feedback into our product group so that we deliver best-in-class products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This individual will be very tactical as there will be no direct reports initially and many current projects to fulfill.

What you'll do:
- Manage Marketing assets: Website, social, tools, resources and more.
- Execute marketing projects: Current and future campaigns, internal projects and more.
- Market research: Conduct thorough market research, including customer analysis, competitive assessment, and industry trends. Gather insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
- Lead Generation: Build and execute a thorough lead gen program for the business. .
- Advance sales tools and collateral: Drive the design and creative on all customer/client facing pieces
- Strategic leadership: Build our marketing calendar for the business and insure all stakeholders required deliver
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, support, finance and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the product lifecycle.
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of Marketing leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in tactical marketing
- Previous experience working with SaaS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- CRM management skills with tools like HubSpot
- Proficiency in product management tools and software
- Gift Card, Loyalty, and/or Payment industry knowledge/experience POS terminals, POS systems, credit/debit/gift/loyalty transactions processing
Assets
- Content and Design skills
- Strong experience in lead gen tools and processes
- Bi-lingual (English & French)
What we offer
- Salary: $90,000-100,000 (based on experience)
- Quarterly based company Bonus' (up to $20,000 per annum)
