Executive Assistant - Part Time

The Executive Assistant wears a lot of “hats” as one might say. They work closely with the highest level of management in the Dealership. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, courteous, detailed, able to multi-task, is well spoken, responsible, and strives for perfection in their work.

This role is specifically suited for those searching for Part Time, temporary employment, as it is temporarily fill for a maternity leave. It will be a one year term.

Daily Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

- Managing Schedules

- Paperwork

- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and emails

- Preparing and editing correspondence, and reports

- Take on varying tasks and projects management assigns including scheduling after management input

- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans

- Enhance company reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

- Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision

- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments

- Managing projects and conducting research

- Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents

- Warranty claims

Requirements:

- Valid Drivers License

- Clean Criminal Record Check

- Full Time Availability

- Previous Experience in Administrative Position considered an asset

- Professional Demeanor

- Experience using Microsoft Office Programs

- Reliable and Punctual

Rate of Pay:

Starting Wage: $25/hour, Full Time

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, Daytime Hours
