Responsibilities
Century Mile Racetrack and Casino is hiring for a Food andBeverage Front of House Outlet Manager position with the goal to further develop the company’s Food and Beverage strategies and execution. In this role, the Front of House Outlet Manager will plan and direct all Food and Beverage operations for the casino. Responsible to develop, maintain and enhance Food and Beverage programs to improve operational performance, increase revenue, and satisfy guests. Will be required to establish and maintain Food and Beverage programs in compliance with safety and employment laws and the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission.

The Front of House Outlet Manager must be an excellent communicator and collaborator with all internal and external stakeholders, who inspires Food and Beverage team members to deliver desired results and to drive Century Casinos initiative to be a customer service leader.
Education / Training / Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or the equivalent in education and experience.
Five (5) or more years of recent and related hospitality or Food and Beverage experience, including a minimum two (2) years of managerial experience
