Front Desk Administration & Reception

PRE-SCREENING questions MUST be answered to be considered.

Perfect opportunity for high school student and/or someone looking to get back into the work force.

Must be available a minimum of 2 evenings/week until 8pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm and be able to drive to Schomberg location (no local transit).

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out clients, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Handle client requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as follow ups, phone calls, data entry, and payment processing
- Utilize computerized systems for appointment bookings, billing, and other Front Desk operations
- Provide information about our services and related costs
- Collaborate with other clinic staff and locations to ensure client satisfaction

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for reservations and billing (JANE app experience preferred; POS experience required)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
