Our Resort Front Desk role in Great Blue Resorts is fundamental in the overall revenue success of the resort.
This position is key to managing resort revenue, guest services and administrative activities in our Welcome Centre. The Resort Front Desk is the first person our cottage owners and rental guests typically and the right-hand support for the Operations Manager. The Resort Front Desk role is similar to that of a Hotel Front Desk role in that you are the first face of communication between cottage owners and guests and are the positive ambassador of the resort.
