```Duties```
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservations as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and filing
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in computerized reservation systems and other office software
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple lines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support in a professional manner
