SEASONAL FRONT DESK AGENT – Skyline Resort, Ennismore, ON
Reporting to the Resort Manager, the Front Desk Agent at Skyline Resort in Ennismore, Ontario. The seasonal Front Desk position will provide customer service and Front Desk administrative support, as well as support the Recreation Coordinator in the execution of larger-scale activities and events for our seasonal residents.

What you would be doing:
· Greet customers in person or over the phone, process emails in a timely and professional manner
· Answer general questions about the resort and facilities for future customers
· Be knowledgeable about current activities and events happening in the resort for current customers
· Quickly respond to customer concerns by communicating with appropriate resort team (resort manager, maintenance, cleaner, pool attendant, as applicable)
· Assist the Resort Manager with larger events in the Parkbridge Community (Season Opening BBQ, Canada Day Fireworks display, Appreciation dinner)
· Monitor supplies and equipment and report any issues to the Resort Manager
· Other duties as required
What you bring to the table:
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment considered an asset
· Proficient in Microsoft Office including outlook, excel and word
· Excellent time management and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
· Reliable transportation is essential, public transportation not available for this location
· Weekend work required; occasional evenings required
