Front Desk Agent

We are hiring! We’re looking for a Part Time Receptionist at our Naturopathic & Wellness Clinic. We’re in need of a receptionists help on Mondays, some fridays and occasional Saturdays. We will also need occasional coverage for sick days and vacation days for our full time staff. We may potentially need more hours or full time in the future but now are looking for a total of 8 -13 hours per week coverage. Monday: 10-6 (Occ Saturdays 930-3 but not necessary at the moment for coverage). We would love for you to have some experience as well as a love for working with the public and an understanding of Naturopathic Medicine.

We are very busy and are asking for someone that thrives in a fast paced, busy setting and good at multitasking.

Start Date: January or Early February 2024.

Roles are responsibilities include:

Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner

Fast-paced, ability to multi-task

Friendly and loves working with the public

Supplement sales, processing payments and re-booking clients

Managing inventory

Managing book-ins/schedule management

Can work with booking systems as well as Quickbooks (or quick to learn)

Regular cleaning of high-touch surface areas/floors and bathrooms

Must have good customer service and be a team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Education:

• Secondary School (required)

Experience:

• administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
• receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
