Duties
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist with reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.55-$26.84 per hour
