Position: Front Desk Manager

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about services, pricing, and availability.
- Effectively manage and prioritize clientele, ensuring a smooth and professional communication flow.
Appointment Coordination:
- Utilize our appointment booking system to schedule and confirm appointments.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of available services and stylists to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Skillfully manage appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests with a customer-centric approach.
Customer Assistance:
- Proactively assist clients with their grooming needs, including product recommendations and special requests.
- Address customer concerns promptly and diplomatically, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
Phone Etiquette:
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette with a professional and articulate communication style.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate and timely communication regarding any changes or updates.
Administrative Tasks:
- Ensure the Front Desk area is organized, clean, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Collaborate with the cleaning staff to maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the barber shop.
- Handle payment transactions accurately, providing receipts and transactions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer-centric role, including phone management.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in appointment booking software and general computer skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
