```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area ```Skills``` - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role (e.g., dental receptionist, medical office) - Proficient in data entry and using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
