We're seeking a dedicated receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team at a thriving wellness clinic with an additional online business.
Your role will encompass general reception duties, including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing inquiries, as well as billing clients' insurance assist with general cleaning, along with ongoing laundry tasks for our busy clinic.
Additionally, you'll have direct involvement in improving the analytics of our online business too.
**Required Skills:**
- Experience in general reception duties.
- Highly organized; with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in billing clients' insurance.
- Ability to handle general cleaning and laundry tasks on a daily basis.
**Additional Skills:**
- Proficiency in graphic design.
- Experience with website maintenance.
- Knowledge of social media marketing.
The ideal candidate would possess the ability to speak Spanish and German, demonstrating proficiency in both languages to effectively communicate and connect with diverse clientele that we have at our clinic.
