SalaryLooking for an energetic, personable, and friendly receptionist to work at a our integrative and alternative medicine health clinic. Seton Integrative Health Clinic is looking for a part-time medical receptionist (minimum 2 years experience is an asset) who is quick on their feet, adaptable, a team player, and is interested to learn more in the health and wellness sector. The receptionist must be able to multi-task. We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing, personable, willing to learn, think on the spot at times. Someone who thinks of others when it comes to birthdays and special moments. Looking for someone who can work 17-32 hrs depending on the week. Someone who has a passion to learn and is an excellent team player. Experience working with insurance and MVA for massage therapists and chiropractors is an asset.
Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays. Experience with direct-billing insurance is an asset. Job will require working at two different locations occasionally.
