FRONT DESK JOB DESCRIPTION
Herewith is outlined, your Role and Responsibilities as a Front Desk Agent and will report directly to the Front Desk Manager/Front Desk Trainor, additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet in a Friendly, Polite manner, Check-in and Settle Guest Accounts
- Familiarize Guests with the Facilities, Room Description and Building Structure.
- Respond to Guests Concerns and Follow up
- Respond to Telephone and email queries
- Process Reservations and Cancellation Requests
- Ability to handle Electronic and Cash transactions
- Ability to provide and negotiate with existing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rates.
- Communicate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to Improve the Guest Experience
- Follow Procedures and Service Standards
- Adhere to Company Values and Safety Policies
- Assist with Preparing Breakfast, Cleaning of common areas
- Assist with Folding Laundries, Packing of Condiments and alike.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
