SalaryCantex Insurance & Registries is seeking a Receptionist in a rapid-pace environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Being the first face to greet our incoming clients as they enter our office
- Data entry into a Broker Management System
- Answering all incoming phone calls and re-directing them to the appropriate individual
- Respond to customer inquiries in an efficient and pleasant manner
- Process payments for our clients
- Daily mail and courier
The ideal candidate will:
- Have data entry experience
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Be able to multi-task in a priority shifting environment
- Have strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
