Our company is a small business in Red Deer County, AB T4E 0A1. We are professional, creative, rewarding and our goal is to add an experienced, responsible and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Must be able to work some Saturdays.

Duties:

• Greeting customers, making up work orders, scheduling, making estimates and invoices, pricing out and ordering parts.
• Answering incoming phone calls, emails and social media messages in a professional and courteous manner.
• Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier.
• Completing data entry and general administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintaining files and records.
• Process payments.
• Manage customer traffic and assign to appropriate staff.
• Manage cleanliness of customer lounge, office and customer washroom. Stock coffee station and snack/drink vending machine as needed.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and prioritize tasks.
• Provide administrative assistance to management, office and shop staff.
• Print work orders for technicians.

Qualifications:

• Strong Knowledge of Automotive Glass and Related Tools.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License With Clean Abstract. Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission.
• Ability to work Independently and as Part of a Team.
• Strong Communication Skills to Effectively Communicate with Customers and Team Members.
• Computer knowledge is required.

Note: Experience in auto painting, auto glass tinting, automotive repair, auto restoration, or related fields is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

• Secondary School (preferred)
