Position Overview:
As a Frontline Manager at Diva Salonspa, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
- Provide leadership and support to salon/spa staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Oversee customer service activities, ensuring a superior experience for all clients.
- Drive retail sales through effective merchandising and goal-oriented strategies.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and enhance employee development programs.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong emphasis on a service-oriented approach.
- Retailing experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to being a team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
